Altitude Breakfast is our luxurious take on the traditional English Breakfast tea. This beautiful amber infusion is a nuanced composition of high grown Ceylon, Assam blended with our very own Altitude Black – a golden leaf black tea grown at 5,249 feet above sea level. Tea grown at high altitudes maintain a natural sweetness with unique complexity and depth that cannot be found in production sites of lower terrains.
There are multiple taste profiles associated with this blend. Notes of toasted rye and dark cocoa complement the subtle sweetness of raisins. Strong malt provides a full-bodied structure and depth, acquiring the lingering aftertaste of burnt sugar. A sweet mineral quality interplay between the head and body notes to create a balanced flavour; an intricate revival of the classic and hearty breakfast tea.

Brewing Altitude Breakfast
Without milk – One and a half teaspoon per standard cup at 90 degrees Celsius for 1-2 minutes depending on how strong you like it.
With milk – Two teaspoon per standard cup at 96 degrees Celsius for 1 minute and 30 seconds, add milk.
