Ingredients: Golden Peony White Tea
A highly prized white tea which is in short of demand every year is one of our favorites here at Altitude Tea. Unlike most other white teas, the Golden Peony is picked in autumn’s first picking and it’s a tale of survival of the fittest. The colder condition in Autumn generally means less growth, however the bush in which this tea grows not only survive but also thrive through this season. As a result, this tea yields concentrated sweetness in combination with their relative scarcity is what makes it highly prized.
This tea releases a subtle scents of fresh cut grass with notes of roasted raisins and sour fruitiness. This tea can be steeped 2-3 times without loosing it’s flavour using our Tea Brewer.
Comes in a reusable canister containing 30g of Loose Leaf White Tea.
