Week 3: The Art of Tea Brewing
- Understanding water temperature and its impact on tea flavor

Week 4: Mastering the Pouring Technique
- Pouring tea with grace and precision
- Understanding the significance of the pour in tea ceremony

Week 5: Cultivating Presence and Mindfulness
- The role of mindfulness in tea ceremony

Week 6: Hosting Your Own Tea Ceremony

Each weekly session will include a mix of theoretical knowledge, practical demonstrations, hands-on activities, and group discussions. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with the materials, practice the techniques, and develop a deeper appreciation for the art of tea ceremony.
The course sessions will take place every Tuesday morning for 6 weeks from 10 am to 12 pm Sydney time. You can either join the sessions via zoom or come to Altitude Tea room 76 Botany Road, Waterloo.
The next course will commence on 30th April.Â
The total cost for the course is $1,495 covering:
- 12 hours of comprehensive training spread across a 6-week period.
- A complete Tea Ceremony Kit.
- A selection of three Altitude Teas.
Upon completion of the course, you’ll possess the necessary knowledge, skills, and equipment to confidently host your own tea ceremony gatherings.
