Ingredients: Milky Oolong Tea
Real milky oolong is created using the Jin Xuan cultivar. The justification for it being referred to as milk oolong is that it naturally has a milk note with its flavour profile, a creamy mouthfeel and a trademark butteriness to it. The reason for that is thought to be attributed to lactones. Lactones are compounds that exist in nature and depending on the kind of lactone you will get different flavours like fruity flavours and milk flavours among many others. This tea does not contain any lactose.
This tea releases a subtle scents of caramel, milk cream and honeycomb. This tea can be steeped 2-3 times without loosing it’s flavour using our Tea Brewer.
Comes in a reusable canister containing 50g of Loose Leaf Oolong Tea.
